We clean and sanitize counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, and other high-touch surfaces. Dishes are checked and put away clean, the sink and dishwasher are left ready for use, and the kitchen is reset so it feels orderly, stocked, and prepared for the next guest.

Showers, tubs, toilets, vanities, mirrors, fixtures, and floors are cleaned and sanitized. Fresh towels are staged, toiletries and paper goods are checked, and the bathroom is reset so it looks polished, feels fresh, and is fully ready for guest arrival.

 Beds are stripped and remade with fresh linens according to the property’s setup. Pillows, throws, and bedding are arranged consistently, used linens are removed or processed as directed, and each sleeping area is restored to a clean, inviting, guest-ready presentation. 

We dust, vacuum, mop, straighten furnishings, and restore each room to its intended setup. High-touch surfaces are addressed, décor and furniture are put back in place, and the overall space is checked so it feels clean, organized, and ready for the next stay.

Common guest supplies are checked during the turnover, including toiletries, paper goods, kitchen essentials, and other property-specific items. Low, missing, or damaged supplies can be noted and reported so restocking can happen before the next guest arrives.

 Before leaving, we complete a final walkthrough to confirm the property is clean, staged, stocked, and ready for arrival. Damage, maintenance concerns, missing items, or anything that could affect the next stay is documented and reported.
