Exterior areas are kept tidy and presentable through light groundskeeping, debris removal, basic trimming, sweeping, and general cleanup around walkways, patios, entrances, and other visible areas.

We handle common minor maintenance needs such as tightening fixtures, replacing basic hardware, changing bulbs, making small adjustments, and addressing simple issues that help keep the property functioning properly.

We pay attention to the details guests and owners notice first. Entry areas, patios, walkways, outdoor furnishings, and visible exterior spaces can be straightened, cleaned up, and maintained for a polished appearance.

During service visits, we watch for visible wear, damage, leaks, loose fixtures, exterior concerns, or other conditions that may need attention. Issues can be documented and reported before they become larger problems.

When something isn’t working as expected, we can perform basic troubleshooting and help identify the next step. When specialized work is needed, we can assist with coordinating access and communicating property concerns. 

 Before leaving, we complete a final walkthrough to confirm the property is clean, staged, stocked, and ready for arrival. Damage, maintenance concerns, missing items, or anything that could affect the next stay is documented and reported.
