StayReady Services LLC Terms of Service

Effective Date: 4/23/2026

 

1. Overview

StayReady Services LLC (“StayReady,” “we,” or “our”) provides professional cleaning and property support services for residential homes and short-term rental properties.

By scheduling or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.


2. Scope of Services

StayReady Services offers:

  • Short-Term Rental (STR) turnover cleaning
  • Residential cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Property support services (including spa, yard, and basic maintenance support)


Standard Turnover Cleaning Includes:

  • One full set of linens per bed
  • Standard towel refresh
  • Trash removal
  • Kitchen, bathroom, and general surface cleaning
  • Bed making and staging
  • Final visual quality check


Note: Standard service assumes normal guest use and reasonable property condition.


3. Condition-Based Service Adjustments

If a property is found in a non-standard condition, additional time and charges may apply.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Excessive mess or neglect
  • Trash overflow or excessive debris
  • Bodily fluids or biohazards
  • Strong odors (smoke, pets, etc.)
  • Unreported pets
  • Extended cleaning time beyond normal scope


StayReady reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual conditions at time of service.


4. Scheduling & Access

  • All services must be scheduled in advance
  • Client is responsible for providing timely and reliable property access


If access is unavailable or delayed:

  • Service may be rescheduled or canceled
  • Fees may still apply


StayReady is not responsible for incomplete service due to access issues.


5. Turnover Timing & Guest Scheduling

  • Adequate time between guest checkout and check-in must be provided
  • Same-day turnovers are not guaranteed


StayReady is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by late checkouts
  • Early guest arrivals
  • Booking schedule conflicts not communicated in advance


6. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All pricing is based on property size, layout, condition, and service scope
  • Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted as needed


Additional Charges May Apply For:

  • Excessive cleaning conditions
  • Complex bedding (bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas)
  • Fireplace or BBQ cleaning
  • Off-site laundry services
  • Rush or same-day service
  • Add-on services


Payment terms:

  • Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may result in service suspension


7. Deep Cleaning Services

Deep cleaning includes expanded services such as:

  • Interior appliance cleaning (refrigerator, oven, microwave)
  • Baseboards, detailed surfaces, and buildup removal
  • Moving light furniture where accessible


Additional charges may apply for:

  • Heavily neglected or high-build-up properties
  • Time exceeding original estimate


8. Laundry & Linen Policy

  • On-site laundry will be completed when time and equipment allow
  • Off-site laundry may be used when necessary and billed accordingly


StayReady is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage to linens


Client is responsible for maintaining adequate linen supply.


9. Damage Reporting

StayReady will:

  • Report visible damage or unusual conditions
  • Provide photo documentation when applicable


StayReady is not responsible for:

  • Guest-caused damage
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Structural or maintenance issues

10. Add-On Services & Supply Management

StayReady Services offers additional services beyond standard cleaning, which are billed separately.


Included Guest Amenity Restocking

As part of standard turnover service, StayReady will restock basic, guest-facing consumables using supplies already available at the property.

This may include:

  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels
  • Trash bags
  • Soap and basic toiletries
  • Coffee or similar simple amenities

This restocking is limited to preparing the home for immediate guest use and does not include inventory management.


Supply Handling & Inventory Services (Billable)

Services involving supply handling beyond standard restocking are considered additional and may incur fees.

This includes:

  • Receiving delivered supplies
  • Transporting supplies into the property
  • Unpacking or organizing supply closets
  • Inventory counting, tracking, or rotation
  • Managing bulk or backstock items


These services fall outside standard cleaning scope and will be billed accordingly.


Additional Add-On Services

Additional services may include:

  • Spa and hot tub service
  • Yard and exterior maintenance
  • Minor maintenance and inspections
  • Deep appliance cleaning or specialty tasks


All add-on services must be requested or may be applied when conditions require additional work.


Alcohol Policy (Strict)

StayReady Services LLC does not handle, stock, move, or manage alcoholic beverages under any circumstances.

StayReady assumes no responsibility or liability related to alcohol.


12. Weather & Access Conditions

Service may be impacted by:

  • Severe weather
  • Unsafe road or property conditions


Additional charges may apply for:

  • Snow removal (over 2 inches)
  • Difficult or hazardous access


13. Independent Contractors

StayReady Services utilizes trained independent contractors to perform services.

All work is managed and quality-controlled by StayReady.


14. Satisfaction & Service Concerns

  • Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours
  • StayReady will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns


15. Limitation of Liability

StayReady Services LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of rental income
  • Scheduling conflicts outside our control
  • Issues beyond the scope of cleaning services


Total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.


16. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Reasonable notice is required for cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations may result in a fee
  • Repeated cancellations may affect service availability


17. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

StayReady reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to:

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
  • Lack of access
  • Non-payment
  • Repeated scheduling issues
  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

18. Agreement to Terms

By using StayReady Services, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service.
